Non Fungible Tokens - "NFTs"

We are all familiar with Bitcoin and other digital currencies, and their popularity continues to grow.

Introducing the Non-Fungible Token (NFT), which represents a unique piece of art (the Token) that can be traded online, offering intriguing investment opportunities and potential benefits. We have decided to implement NFTs as a way for individuals to gain membership to our Clubs through our digital trading currency. This will include a limited edition series of NFTs.

Each NFT will be personally designed, created and mined by the founder of The Haurun Club.

Owners of our NFTs must register for membership according to our membership criteria. This can be done by following the Steps to Membership found on each Reciprocal Club Page. A Premier Member is allowed to sell their NFT at any time, but the new buyer must also adhere to the membership criteria and complete the Steps to Membership within 48 hours of purchase. If this is not done, the NFT cannot be sold.

If a Premier Member wishes to keep their membership while selling their NFT, they must register for Honorary Membership by following the Steps to Membership as well. If a member sells their NFT and does not obtain Honorary Membership, their current membership will be nullified. The only ways to regain membership in this case are by purchasing another NFT or receiving a direct invitation.

It is worth noting that the numbering system comprises four digits after the abbreviation, accounting for the 999 NFTs with certain omissions. Specifically, there will be no NFTs numbered 13 or 666, as our founder is a Christian within the Church of England. Unusual NFT numbers are, of course, 1000 and 1001, which will be sold last.

Additionally, our founder will continue to paint on canvas throughout his life, having determined that none of his physical artworks will be available for sale for a minimum of nine years after their completion.

Our NFTs are all created by our Founder Member, who was inspired by modern art under exceptional circumstances. In the summer of 2012, while living in East Sussex, our founder encountered a notorious convicted art forger. This meeting sparked an intriguing question: how could the works of Jackson Pollock and Paul Cézanne be replicated while still being perceived as original?

The fascination extended beyond the mere ability to copy Pollock’s seemingly random use of color. Our founder developed an appreciation for this style of art while observing the forger recreate a masterpiece.

Five years later, in the autumn of 2017, while living in London and finding time to paint, our founder produced five original pieces inspired by Pollock's work, each with his own distinct style. Three of these creations were on 1m x 1m canvases. Two of them remain in our founder's possession, while one was gifted to his brother's children and subsequently damaged beyond repair. Of the two remaining 1m canvases, one is slightly damaged and intentionally left unrepaired to commemorate an important period in our founder's life; this painting is part of his private collection. The other canvas remains in its original condition.

Once satisfied with completion of his art, our founder would always turn these square paintings 90 degrees anticlockwise and sign the bottom right corner with a three-pointed tiara, a loving tribute to his daughter that signifies she is always on his mind. Two additional paintings from the same period are smaller and presented in portrait orientation; they remain completely intact and bear the same signature.

Much later, in 2022, with the growth of digital currency, our founder experimented with NFTs and expressed a desire to return to painting—something he struggled to achieve due to time constraints.

During the Christmas festivities in 2024, he decided to create the digital art for our Reciprocal Club NFTs. He chose the background for this digital canvas to feature the logo of each Reciprocal Club, which consists of a circle enclosing a black capital letter (in Times New Roman font) within a white inner circle.

Nine NFTs will be minted from 01/01/2025 starting with [Club Ref]0001 for each Reciprocal Club, until all 8,9991 NFTs have been minted. Each NFT will be available for purchase immediately. THC NFTs will be minted intermittently and presented to our  Google Business Profile and Website platforms.

Our founder creates a unique piece of NFT art every day using the logo of each club as a digital canvas, until all 8,991 NFTs are completed. He begins each artwork by incorporating the logo of an individual club and applies random colors in his distinctive style, characterised by vibrant and varied splashes of color.

Premier Membership NFTs

Once the Premier Membership NFT artwork is finished, our founder marks the last color used to overlay the capital letter within the logo. As with his physical paintings, he then rotates the NFT artwork 90 degrees anticlockwise before signing each piece with a three-pointed tiara in the same (last colour). Finally, he adds a high-definition filter. The completed NFT will then be minted and made available for sale. Each NFT will correspond to a single Premier or Board Membership for each of the nine Reciprocal Clubs. A total of 999 Premier and 99 Board Memberships will be available. Each NFT will feature a unique reference, beginning with a three-letter abbreviation for each club—such as "AnW" for The Art and Wine Club—followed by the corresponding NFT number. The artwork for all logos, websites, and other designs has been created and or arranged by our founder. 

He explains that the Haurun Club Logo is an advancement of a previous design, aimed at establishing the most exclusive private members' club in the world, based in the City of London. 

Reciprocal clubs are thoughtfully positioned to remind us that everything we do is part of the circle of life, and the outer ring of each reciprocal club logo is colored accordingly.  The founder recalls he recalls his clubs in a particular order - in his own mind, each reflecting his personal experiences. These clubs are: The Art and Wine Club, The Property and Interiors Club, The Health and Relationships Club, The Dining Events and Sporting Club, The Fashion and Tailoring Club, The Private Luxury Travel Club, The Yachts, Cars, and Jets Club, The Legal and Chambers Club, and finally, The Finance and Investment Club. 

The Art and Wine Club and the Finance and Investment Club are at opposite ends of this ordered list. As such, they are represented with white and black outer rings, symbolising clarity when these colors are combined, both on paper and in focus generally. The rest of the clubs in the order embrace diversity and inclusivity, with the colors of the rainbow beginning with red (for The Property and Interiors Club), yellow, pink, green, purple, orange, and progressing to blue (for The Legal and Chambers Club).

The letters are presented in Times New Roman font, which aligns with our founder's 27 years of legal experiences across various genres, including Criminal, Contract, Commercial, Family, Bankruptcy, Media, and Public Law. This font serves as a common theme throughout these designs.

Additionally, other logos within The Haurun Club have been personalised to remind the founder of his journey, while also aligning with the inner sanctum of his heart and business path—whether it entails supporting others in the community or focusing on supporting homeowners property developments, which is his core skill set.

1. NFTs are for individuals only.
2. Each NFT comes with a Premier Membership of one of our Reciprocal Clubs.
3. Once purchasing an NFT, you must then visit the page on this website which corrolates with the relevant Reciprocal Club and complete Registration and Verification within 48 hours of purchase.
4. If no Registration and Verification is made, then the NFT is not verifiable and unable to be traded/ sold.
5. There is a fee payable upon Registration and Verification which may change in value at the discretion of the Directors of each Reciprocal Club. It is fixed on 1 January for each calendar year and is made known prior to confirmation of the Registration and Verification appointment.
6. Only one NFT can be owned by the same individual at any time.
7. NFTs cannot be purchased accumilitively.
8. There are nine Reciprocal Clubs.
9. Each Reciprocal Club will have a maximum of 999 Premier Membership NFTs.
10. In total, there will be 8,991 NFTs mined across all nine Reciprocal Clubs.
11. No additional Premier Membership NFTs will be minted for our Reciprocal Clubs.
12. NFTs will be numbered from 1 to 1001, skipping the numbers 13 and 666 for each Reciprocal Club.
13. Members can trade their NFT at any time, but Premier Membership requires NFT ownership and visa versa.
14. If you sell your NFT, you also renounce your Premier Membership as it is paired with the NFT.
15. Equally, if you purchase an NFTA  and do NOT register for Premier Membership within 48 hours of making purchase, then the NFT is unable to be completed and is subsequently rejected and to be returned to the owner of the NFT a the point of sale, without charge nor return of any fees, in any event.
16. If wishing to retain Membership of our Reciprocal Clubs upon the sale of your NFT,  then you must take Honorary Membership with your 'Home Club' within 48 hours of the sale of your NFT to maintain your membership status in the absence of an NFT.
17. If you wish to register your interest in purchasing an NFT which, either has special number or meaning for you, please click HERE  to Register. You will be asked for your IMN which is currently "IMNNFT" 
18. Please note that NFTs are limited in number and alternatives may be offered if the NFT of initial interest is either taken and or unavailable.
19. You have 14 days in which to purhase your NFT. If this is not completed, then you agree that your registration and associated registration fee is revoked and no reimbursement of funds.
