Appointment and Eligibility
Agencies must undergo a selection process that may involve submitting an application, attending an interview, and completing eligibility checks. Successful agencies are required to register via the official website and provide a list of their influencers, who must each be at least 18 years old and meet programme standards. Once accepted, agencies receive a unique Agency Membership Number (AMN) for tracking referrals.
Role and Responsibilities
Influencer Agencies are responsible for promoting The Haurun Club through their influencers and channels, using their AMN for referrals. They must maintain confidentiality, follow all club guidelines, and ensure their influencers actively engage with potential members. Exclusive resources and training may be provided to support these activities.
Social Media and Referral Process
All referrals must be tracked using the agency’s AMN or an updated system. Agencies are required to use only approved promotional materials, disclose influencer status as required by advertising standards, and accurately represent The Haurun Club’s offerings and benefits.
Remuneration and Payment Terms
For every new member recruited through an agency’s referral, the agency receives a significant percentage of each paid membership fee, with half of this amount passed on to the referring influencer. Payments are based on the actual amount received, including discounts, and are processed monthly in arrears, subject to verification. Agencies and influencers are responsible for ensuring payment details are accurate and for managing their own tax obligations. This arrangement does not create an employment relationship.
Additional Incentives and Benefits
Beyond financial rewards, agencies and their influencers might access exclusive merchandise, invitations to events, professional development opportunities, and potential recognition or awards at the club’s discretion. Details of such incentives will be communicated as they become available.
Representation and Conduct
