Our luxury is carefully created ensuring a unique experience. While excitement is guaranteed, patience is key to savoring the anticipation.

1. Members are invited to access our App, attend Events, receive Gifts, and make purchases from the House of Haurun. 
2. Our Membership Season is designated as SS[year of Membership Season], where Membership Season SS24 runs from September 2, 2024, to September 1, 2025. If a Membership is purchased during this period, the approved Member will officially join their Club(s) on the first day of the upcoming Membership Season, granting them the benefits of the full season.
3. While invitations for membership are available year-round, the cut-off date for joining each Club community via the App is June 30 of each calendar year. To clarify: if an approved membership is granted before June 30, 2024, it will commence in the same year. If approval comes after June 30, the membership will begin in the following year.
4. Members may extend their Membership or change their Membership Tier for each subsequent Membership Season. 
5. Please note that registration for Membership with this Club is time-sensitive. Invited Members understand that there is a Registration Fee required to proceed, and we dedicate time and effort to verify new Members. This Registration Fee is non-refundable unless membership is denied, in which case a 50% administrative fee will be withheld to cover the processing costs. We encourage you to thoroughly review our Membership Criteria before registering; by paying the Registration Fee, you accept that it is non-refundable if membership is not granted.
6. Complimentary Memberships are only available to those referred who have met the necessary requirements.
7. The Directors of The Haurun Club have complete discretion regarding who is admitted to each Reciprocal, Associated, and Partner Club and under what terms. The Membership Committee of The Haurun Club ultimately decides whether membership is appropriate.
8. The Membership policy is to exercise discretion in the interests of the Club and its Members, adhering to specific membership limitations, which are outlined here.
9. Each club has limitations on memberships, which are detailed on the relevant pages of this website. The clubs prioritize the quality of their members’ experiences, focusing on opportunities for social interaction and participation in club activities and interest groups.
10. All clubs within the Haurun Club community are privately owned, including invitation-only and members-only communities for members, affiliate members, and partner members. 
11. As a result, the Membership Committee may occasionally decline an application for membership if they believe the club and the applicant are not a good fit, suggesting that the individual might be better suited to a different club or facility. 
12. In this membership-based organization, the current membership is consulted confidentially about pending introductions. Members may have connections to other organizations and bodies, and this consultation often results in positive endorsements of an applicant’s social skills and potential contributions to the club. 
13. However, if one or more members raise concerns—whether based on personal knowledge of the applicant, their involvement in another organization, or personal conflicts—this may create doubts about whether admitting the applicant would be in the best interests of the club. Such concerns could lead to discomfort or embarrassment for existing members.
14. Unsuccessful applications are declined without explanation. A rejection should not be perceived as a criticism of the applicant or a reflection of any negative opinions from the Directors. The Membership Committee will inform applicants of the outcome of their applications but will not provide reasons for the decisions.
15. Gifts are given in good faith and are available to all members during the membership season for which they have been approved. There are no time limits for delivering gifts, as some may take longer to produce than others.
16. Events are organized in various global venues, and all members are invited to attend. Some events are specific to each club and are only available to its respective members.
17. The phrase "Whatever happens in the club remains in the club" is commonly used in private members' clubs and clandestine organizations, emphasizing members' privacy within their respective clubs. In our context, it signifies that members must not share information posted within our app. If a member is found to have copied, used, posted, or otherwise violated another member's privacy or that of the club, they will be banned from the club, and it will be publicly disclosed that they breached our privacy terms, potentially damaging their reputation within the community.
18. Our brand and company logo, displayed below, are protected by copyright. Any unauthorized copying or reproduction of our logo will be considered a breach of copyright, and we will seek damages for its unauthorized use.
