The Art and Wine Club is an Exclusive - Online, Private Members Club for Individuals of Influence & 

Affluence. Verified Members are able to openly & or privately interact & communicate with other Members within our exclusively private and trusted, social networking community sharing experiences, showcasing interests and lifestyles whilst receiving sporadic insights and opportunities from our Affiliate Members. Our online community is within The Haurun Club Platform - App. Members receive invitations to Events & Parties.

We are one of Nine Reciprocal Clubs assigned to The Haurun Club.

We have a detailed and diligent membership registration process, which allows us to retain our diverse and trusted community. We personally review and approve each and every registration application to retain a relaxed, positive and comfortable environment, whether online and or at our exclusive events and parties, thus, avoiding false profiles - negative and abusive behavior etc. Our Members are unable to share any content outside of our community, consequentially comforted, to openly communicate and interact with others, sharing interests, private lifestyle, whilst understanding our detailed Membership process & security.

Whilst our company is registered, headquartered and operated from Central London, our community is growing across the globe - attracting an eclectic, international mix of diverse Individuals and Luxury Brands, who communicate online, via our Platform & Social Media App. Founded on trust and verified Memberships.

Detailed Membership Process.

To become a Member, you must be invited directly, by email or by post from The Haurun Club directly or by another Member. Once with invitation, please complete the Membership Process - 'Steps to Membership'.

Membership Process

Your Invitation will be by e/mail only & include your  IMN ('Introducers Membership Number')

1. Register for Membership by clicking on the picture at 1. below then arranging a convenient time to discuss Membership with our Registration Team.
2. Once 1. above has been successfully completed, our Membership Team will email you to arrange a convenient time to complete your Membership and choose one of the three Membership Tiers.
3. Once 2. above has been successfully completed, you will receive the link to our online platform to complete the Membership Form, no later than 23 August.

Current Members may renew Membership or extend their Memberships to additional club/s prior to the forthcoming Membership Season, not during each Membership Season.

We hope that you fully appreciate that our due diligence process is detailed and we accept that there are some who do not wish to give such personal information, nor commit to answering our questions. 

Everyone however understands the reasons for us asking detailed questions, appreciating and respecting our methods, processes. We do this so that trust and open sharing of personal lifestyles can be facilitated within our platform, where experiences can be enjoyed without the fear of fake profiles, Artificial Intelligence, Bots and or the potential for online abuse, sharing  of private content, negative behavior and or bullying to occur.

Invitations to our Boutique Events and Access to our Limited Edition, Bespoke, Members-Only

Watches, Jewellery, Fragrances and Couture are only available to our Members. 

• Each Membership Season is referred to i.e. SS23 is for Membership Season 2023-2024 and SS24 is for Membership Season 2024-2025 etc.
• Each Membership Season has a duration of between 2 August to 1 August the following year
• New Members approved between 3 September and 30 July will join their Initial Club at the beginning of the forthcoming Season
• All Membership Fees (where applicable) are set to the standard rate at the time of 1 September each calendar year
• Renewed Memberships are not automatic
• Members may request to join additional Clubs within The Haurun Club Community subject to each Club' terms, fees (where applicable) and guidance
• Invitations are made by those - as described
• Membership Fees are published on the relevant Club Page
• Concessions for early payment are defined in the invitation e/mail
• Personalised gifts with Membership are arranged upon payment of the Membership Fee
• The Membership Process is defined and explained on each relevant Club page

Affiliate Members

• Affiliate Members may invite their clients to Register for Membership, each Membership Season. There is however, no guarantee of Membership being awarded as our Membership Process remains
• Affiliate Members are given 'Admin' access to our community which allows the promotion of goods and services relevant to the Affiliate Member Only
• Affiliate Members goods and services posts must include a high resolution picture or video directly related to the goods and or services promoted and a brief description of the goods and or services offered. The picture or video must not include any branding, logos and or other additional material (in any event) and must be a clear and true representation of the promotion
• Affiliate Members goods and services must not have been published nor promoted anywhere else, prior to the promotion here. If it is found that promotion has been made elsewhere prior to its promotion here, then a 'shadowban' will be placed to the Affiliate Member' profile for 90 days
• Affiliate Members must not share nor re-post their promotion anywhere else for 14 days. If found to do so, Membership will immediately be removed
• There are no guarantees for sales on Affiliate Members goods and or services as the Affiliate Member is reliant upon the quality of their goods and services plus how such are presented

General

• There are no refunds on Membership Fees in any event
•  If a payment is not received as described within 30 days of 1. Registration Team conversation as above, we shall take it that you are no longer interested in Membership, delete your information and reject Membership.
• Members and or Affiliate Members who act in a negative manner towards other Members will be immediately given a 'shadowban' upon the review of complaint. Meaning that all future posts will not be seen by other Members
• The Shadowban will be removed if found unnecessary
• Where a complaint is upheld - a Member or Associate Member will be removed from our club, without any refund of any fees. The final decision is with our Membership Committee
