• All new members of The Haurun Club are required to start with Premier Membership. 
• After completing Premier Membership, individuals may either maintain their Premier Membership status or, by invitation, be considered for elevation to Honorary or Board Membership.
• The membership season spans from 2 September to 1 September of the subsequent year. 
• Members approved after the start of the season will have their membership commence in the following year. 
• Each Membership Season is identified as SS (September to September), followed by the year in which the membership begins. For example, the Membership Season starting on 2 September 2026 is referred to as SS26.

• At the conclusion of a Premier Membership term, members may receive an invitation to renew their membership or advance to Honorary Membership. 
• Upon fulfilling the requirements of Honorary Membership, there may be an opportunity to progress to Board Membership. 
• Downgrading membership is not allowed; any such requests will lead to the revocation of membership.

• Annual Membership Fees must be paid no later than 30 June in advance of the upcoming membership season.
• Please note that certain categories of membership are subject to numerical limits, which is reflected in their respective membership fees:

• Premier Membership    – £       5,000 plus VAT    (capped at: 99,999 Premier Members)
• Honorary Membership – £    50,000 plus VAT    (capped at:    9,999 Honorary Members)
• Board Membership         – £ 100,000 plus VAT    (capped at:        999 Board Members)

Premier Membership Payment and Concessions

Guidance on Early Payment and Alternative Membership Options

As a gesture of thanks for your interest in Premier Membership, we are pleased to offer several concessions on the membership fee, outlined below.

Option 1: Direct Payment with Time-Limited Concessions

You may elect to pay the Premier Membership Fee directly and benefit from the following concessions, provided payment is made within the specified periods:

• £250 if paid within 14 days of your registration for membership (Welcome)
• £750 if paid within 21 days
• £3,000 if paid within 28 days
• £5,000 if paid within 30 days of 2 September (this rate overrides all previous concessions)

To proceed with your membership, please:

1. Reply to our email titled Welcome to The Haurun Club from haurun@thehaurunclub.com.
2. Include 'Premier Membership and Introducers Membership Number' in the body of your email.

Upon receipt, you will receive an email containing the appropriate payment link, aligned with the concession applicable to your registration and reply to dates. Once we confirm your payment, your Membership Number will be sent from the same email address. This number also serves as your 'Introducers Membership Number' should you wish to invite others to join our clubs during your membership season. Please note that invitations to new members can only be made once the membership season has commenced.

Option 2: Book Purchase and Promotion

Understanding the history and purpose of our private community is vital for transparency and trust. Option 2 involves a different route to membership, requiring additional steps but serving as a payment alternative.

For complimentary Premier Membership, please:

1. Purchase a hardback copy of both books: In The Blood and Above The Law  (Operation Westminster Series).
2. Note any named individuals found within each book ‘known to you’ and save these for registration.
3. Write a review for each book on Amazon, LinkedIn, and Instagram (where applicable, depending on the accounts you confirm during registration).
4. Once complete, reply to our email titled Welcome to The Haurun Club from haurun@thehaurunclub.com, stating 'Premier Membership and your Introducers Membership Number' in the email body.
5. In your reply, confirm:
6. The date you purchased each book
7. Full hyperlinks to each review
8. Create a list of each name identified in the books, including how you recognise them (e.g., Friend, Relationship, No Longer Known to You), alongside a brief explanation of each relationship

When your reviews have been acknowledged, your Membership Number will be provided by email, and this number also becomes your 'Introducers Membership Number' should you wish to invite others during your membership season. Please note you may only invite new members once the membership season has officially started.

Additional Guidance

If you select Option 2, the timeframes for payment concessions remain in effect during the period you complete your book reviews. Should you purchase the books but later opt not to submit a review, nor provide us with summaries of individuals named in each book, known to you; you may switch to Option 1, provided your payment is within the concession period applicable to your registration date. If so, simply follow the instructions under Option 1 to proceed with payment.

• All fees stated above are exclusive of VAT.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

• Seraphim Membership  – £0 No Payment           (no limit of Seraphim Members) payable by school
• Cherubim Membership – £10 (including VAT)   (no limit of Cherubim Members)
• Trinity Membership        – £100 (including VAT) (no limit of Trinity Members) 

The Brand Ambassadors Club Membership Payment and Concessions

Option 1: Direct Payment with Time-Limited Concessions

You may elect to pay the Membership Fee directly and benefit from the following concessions, provided payment is made within the specified periods:

• Seraphim Membership  – *Communications are direct with education providers
• Cherubim Membership – £10 (including VAT)   (no limit of Cherubim Members) and or *(above)
• Trinity Membership        – £50 (including VAT) (no limit of Trinity Members) and or *(above)

To proceed with your membership, please:

1. Reply to our email titled Welcome to The Haurun Club from haurun@thehaurunclub.com.
2. Include either: Cherubim or Trinity Membership and Introducers Membership Number in the body of your email.

Directors determine membership, numbers, and fees and may alter rules and fees (new fees announced at least 30 days before a new season). Directors manage all Club operations, finances, and can appoint a Chief Executive. They may suspend or terminate membership at their discretion without explanation or appeal.

• Treat all members, staff, and guests with respect at all times, both in person and online.
• No offensive, disrespectful language or behaviour towards members or staff.
• Any breach of rules or harm to the Club’s reputation is reviewed by Directors; their decisions are final and non-refundable.
• Do not encourage Club employees to leave their jobs.
• Follow all Club rules and misconduct procedures.

Suggestions may be submitted in writing or via comment card to the Chief Executive. Complaints about staff or management must be made in writing; members may not reprimand employees directly.

Members must provide up-to-date postal and email addresses. Notices sent to these are considered delivered.

The Club’s Privacy Policy is available on its website, and by joining, members accept the data usage terms. The Club is not responsible for injuries or losses incurred.
