Agent Broker is an Exclusive, Online, Private Members Club - Focused upon Homeowners (Members) and Property Related Professionals (Affiliate Members). Members are able to openly and or privately interact and communicate with other Members within our trusted and verified online community to share their experiences, showcase their homes and or receive goods, services, opportunities from property related professionals within The Haurun Club - App & receive invitations to Members-Only Events and Parties.

• Members can openly showcase their home, lifestyle, interests, aspirations and home discoveries  without actively promoting sales of any other goods and or services
• Members may also offer to sell their homes to each other without any sales fees being applicable and as we verify all Members, allowing viewings may be agreeable with some comfort of giving relative trust to those who visit each property
• Members can set their own price, market their own property (only) to other Members with property interests and also showing photos and or videos of their own refurbishments, works and any professional services contributing to their project. This will only add to the confidence and provenance for our Members taking interest in the process of residential property refurbishment and also, assist when making a property purchase
• We neither receive any payments, sales commissions, kick-backs, contra nor any other remuneration for either property sales nor any sales deriving from our Affiliate Members Goods and or Services
• The Membership Fees reflect this which affords our Members every full opportunity, discount, reduction and advanced sight of the latest must have properties & property related goods and services.

Our Members are Homeowners who are either considering - the refurbishment, major works and or the sale of their Home residence and are looking to either discuss their planned works, promote their completed works and or sell their home within a private, trusted and verified, online community. Members are also interested to receive inspiration and advice on the latest property related goods and services from our Property related Professionals including (but not limited to), off-market property sales opportunities.

Our Affiliate Members are Property related Professionals, including - Furniture, Fixtures Fittings and Equipment (FF&E) Brands, Suppliers, Interior Designers, Architects, Surveyors, Designers, Estate Agents and Financial Services who have an external feed into the - App to place their goods and or services before our Members to consider, and then make direct contact once with interest on each post.

Whilst our company is registered, headquartered and operated from Central London, our community is growing across the globe - attracting an eclectic mix of diverse Individuals and Luxury Brands, who communicate online, via our Platform & Social Media App. Founded on trust & verify all with Memberships.

We have a detailed and diligent membership registration process, which allows us to retain a diverse and trusted community. We personally review and approve each and every registration application to retain a relaxed, positive and comfortable environment, whether online and or at our exclusive events and parties, thus, avoiding false profiles - negative and abusive behavior. Our Members are unable to share any content outside of our community, consequentially comforted, to openly communicate and interact with others, sharing interests, private lifestyle, whilst understanding our detailed Membership process & security.

Detailed Membership Process.

• Members openly (or privately) communicate with others within our exclusively private community via our social networking platform and App located within The Haurun Club App and are invited to events and parties
• To become a Member, you must be invited by either another Member, Affiliate Member, Brand Ambassador or Partner and compete the Membership Process as set out below including 'Steps to Membership'

• Affiliate Members receive 'Admin Access' to our Cub giving remote access in which to insert their goods and or services into the communication feed of our community via our social networking platform and App located within The Haurun Club App and are invited to created Boutique events
• To become an Affiliate Member, you must to be invited by either, a Brand Ambassador, our Sales Assistants and Marketing Team and or by a Trainee / Apprentice of The Adoreus Club and complete the Membership Process as set out below including 'Steps to Membership'

Membership Process

Your Invitation will be by email only & include your 'Introducers Membership Number' in the Subject Title.

Once in receipt of your Invitation, please complete the following Steps to Membership

1. Members complete the process of Steps to Membership (below) beginning at 1. Register for Membership (below). Register for Membership by signing up to our Online Platform - App. You will be automatically placed into our online waiting room, until you FULLY complete every field the detailed Membership form, remembering to upload a recent photo (head and shoulders only).  You may receive messages if required to amend any information according to your Membership. We automatically delete any incomplete profiles. If Membership is refused, you will not hear from us after 90 days.
2. Affiliate Members complete the process of Steps to Membership (below) beginning at 2. Registration Team (below).
3. Both Members and Affiliate Members are to Pay the Registration Fee at 3. Registration Fee (below) - where applicable. The Registration Fee is once payable and Non-Refundable.
4. Both Members and Affiliate Members will receive an email from our Membership Committee if Provisionally Approved for Membership and invite proposed Members and Affiliate Members to make arrangements to complete the Steps to Membership.
5. Our Membership Team will guide Members through the final Steps to Membership and payment (below) - where applicable.
6. Our Membership Team will guide Affiliate Members through the final Steps to Membership and payment (below) - where applicable. 

Current Members and Affiliate Members may renew Membership or extend their Memberships to additional club/s prior to the forthcoming Membership Season, not during each Membership Season.

We hope that you fully appreciate that our due diligence process is detailed and we accept that there are some who do not wish to give such personal information, nor commit to answering our questions. 

Everyone however understands the reasons for us asking detailed questions, appreciating and respecting our methods, processes. We do this so that trust and open sharing of personal lifestyles can be facilitated within our platform, where experiences can be enjoyed without the fear of fake profiles, Artificial Intelligence, Bots and or the potential for online abuse, sharing  of private content, negative behavior and or bullying to occur.

• Each Membership Season is referred to i.e. SS23 is for Membership Season 2023-2024 and SS24 is for Membership Season 2024-2025 etc.
• Each Membership Season has a duration of between 2 August to 1 August the following year
• New Members approved between 3 September and 30 July will join their Initial Club at the beginning of the forthcoming Season
• The Registration Fee (where applicable) is a once payable, non-refundable 
• All Membership Fees (where applicable) are set to the standard rate at the time of 1 September each calendar year
• Renewed Memberships are not automatic
• Members may request to join additional Clubs within The Haurun Club Community subject to each Club' terms, fees (where applicable) and guidance
• Invitations are made by those - as described
• Membership Fees are published on the relevant Club Page
• The Membership Process is defined and explained on each relevant Club page

Affiliate Members

• Affiliate Members may invite two of their clients to Register for Membership, each Membership Season. There is however, no guarantee of Membership being awarded as our Membership Process remains
• Affiliate Members receive remuneration for any approved Memberships they have initiated and introduced
• Affiliate Members are given 'Admin' access to our community which allows the promotion of goods and services relevant to the Affiliate Member Only
• Affiliate Members goods and services posts must include a high resolution picture or video directly related to the goods and or services promoted and a brief description of the goods and or services offered. The picture or video must not include any branding, logos and or other additional material (in any event) and must be a clear and true representation of the promotion
• Affiliate Members goods and services must not have been published nor promoted anywhere else, prior to the promotion here. If it is found that promotion has been made elsewhere prior to its promotion here, then a 'shadowban' will be placed to the Affiliate Member' profile for 90 days
• Affiliate Members must not share nor re-post their promotion anywhere else for 14 days. If found to do so, Membership will immediately be removed
• There are no guarantees for sales on Affiliate Members goods and or services as the Affiliate Member is reliant upon the quality of their goods and services plus how such are presented

General

• There are no refunds on Registration and or Membership Fees in any event
•  If a payment is not received as described, we shall take it that you are no longer interested in Membership, delete your information and reject a Membership. 
• Members and or Affiliate Members who act in a negative manner will be immediately given a 'shadowban' upon the review of complaint. Meaning that all future posts will not be seen by other Members
• The Shadowban will be removed if found unnecessary
• Where a complaint is upheld - a Member or Associate Member will be removed from our club, without any refund of any fees. The final decision is with our Membership Committee
