Agent Broker is an, exclusive, invitation only, community, and concierge service for homeowners who are planning to embark upon major works on their home residence, valued at £1m+. These major works include, Loft Conversions, Kitchen/ Extensions and or Basement Conversions based in England only. We are a property focused brand, acting as our Members' Agent to Broker discounts, opportunities & arrange services 

Members benefit from insights & opportunities only usually available to those in the property and construction industry. We explain the details of our Membership Services in our Invitation e / mail.

 Agent Broker affords its Members' - access to support, opportunities, advantages & discounts only available to those in the trade, including our Full Trade Discounts on Furniture, Fixtures Fittings and Equipment (FF&E).

Membership Tiers (Members)

• Member                    - Advantages and Opportunities unobtainable other than to those in the trade
• Bespoke Member - Member plus Concierge Services and Support throughout the project and including invitation to join The Haurun Club' Reciprocal Clubs.

All Regions engage within the single Agent Broker social networking community.

Detailed Membership Process.

• To become a Bespoke / Member, you must be invited directly, by letter / email, and then, compete the Steps to Membership as set out below.

• To become an Affiliate Member, you must be invited directly, by a Member. Upon which, our Membership Team will email you to discuss and arrange the relative approvals.

Membership Process

Your Invitation will be by e/mail only & include your  IMN ('Introducers Membership Number')

1. Register for Membership by clicking on the picture at 1. below then arranging a convenient time to discuss Membership with our Registration Team.
2. Complete the membership Form. You will receive the link to our online platform to complete the Membership Form by either WhatsApp or text message immediately after the conversation at 1. above.
3. Once 1 and 2 have been successfully completed in full, our Membership Team will email you to arrange a convenient time to complete your Membership to one of the Three Membership Tiers

• Member
• Bespoke Member
• Affiliate Member

Current Members may renew Membership and or extend their Memberships to additional club/s prior to the forthcoming Membership Season, commencing at the forthcoming Membership Season.

We hope that you fully appreciate that our due diligence process is detailed and we accept that there are some who do not wish to give such personal information, nor commit to answering our questions. 

Everyone however understands the reasons for us asking detailed questions, appreciating and respecting our methods, processes. We do this so that trust and open sharing of personal lifestyles can be facilitated within our platform, where experiences can be enjoyed without the fear of fake profiles, Artificial Intelligence, Bots and or the potential for online abuse, sharing  of private content, negative behavior and or bullying to occur.

Please also remember that if finding any difficulty with either registration and or Membership, our Team will be taking you through each process, answer any questions & guide your through the Steps to Membership.

• Each Membership Season has a duration of twelve calendar months, commencing from the date of emailed approval from our Membership Committee
• All Membership Fees (where applicable) are set to the standard rate at the time of 1 September each calendar year
• Renewed Memberships are not automatic
• Member Renewal is at an annual subscription of £10 per month for 12 months
• Bespoke Member Renewal is is at an annual subscription of £50 per month for 12 months
• Members may request to join additional Clubs within The Haurun Club Community subject to each Club' terms, fees (where applicable) and guidance
• Initial Invitations are made by those - as described
• Membership Fees are published on the relevant Club Page
• The Membership Process is defined and explained on each relevant Club page

Affiliate Members

• Affiliate Members may invite their clients to Register for Membership, each Membership Season. 
• Affiliate Members agree to give each of the Agent Broker companies a minimum of 10% trade discount on their goods and or services
• Affiliate Members are given 'Admin' access to our community which allows the promotion of goods and services relevant to the Affiliate Member Only
• Affiliate Members goods and services posts must include a high resolution picture or video directly related to the goods and or services promoted and a brief description of the goods and or services offered. The picture or video must not include any branding, logos and or other additional material (in any event) and must be a clear and true representation of the promotion
• Affiliate Members goods and services must not have been published nor promoted anywhere else, prior to the promotion here. If it is found that promotion has been made elsewhere prior to its promotion here, then a 'shadowban' will be placed to the Affiliate Member' profile for 90 days
• Affiliate Members must not share nor re-post their promotion anywhere else for 14 days. If found to do so, Membership will immediately be removed
• There are no guarantees for sales on Affiliate Members goods and or services as the Affiliate Member is reliant upon the quality of their goods and services plus how such are presented

General

• There are no refunds on Registration and or Membership Fees in any event
•  If a payment is not received as described, we shall take it that you are no longer interested in Membership, delete your information and reject a Membership. 
• Members and or Affiliate Members who act in a negative manner will be immediately given a 'shadowban' upon the review of complaint. Meaning that all future posts will not be seen by other Members
• The Shadowban will be removed if found unnecessary
• Where a complaint is upheld - a Member or Associate Member will be removed from our club, without any refund of any fees. The final decision is with our Membership Committee
