Agent Broker is a private members' club focused on properties valued at £1 million or more, exclusively for homeowners. Our members enjoy tiered concierge services that support them throughout their residential building projects. We act as our members' "Agent" and "Broker" assisting with their property sales and developments. This includes offering trade discounts on Furniture, Fixtures, Fittings, and Equipment, vetting contractors and professionals, and providing bespoke services. These services can encompass project management, creating contracts for contractors to quote from, making structured payments, and personal shopping/sourcing.

Our founder began his journey over 35 years ago as a building site labourer after leaving school while considering a career as a broker at Lloyds of London. He chose to pursue a career as a tradesman in high-end construction and building materials companies. Eventually, he secured a trusted position as a broker in the City of London, where he negotiated multi-million-pound contracts with influential and affluent clients.

This experience inspired him to establish The Haurun Club, Agent Broker, and other related trusted online communities throughout his career. Over the last two years, he has spent extensive time revisiting residential and commercial building sites as a tradesman (undercover) to gain insight into the current property refurbishment market, leading to some shocking discoveries. These experiences only strengthened his belief in the value of Agent Broker for members undertaking projects on their residences.

Our founder's experiences underscore the need for a trusted property concierge community, driven by the benefits it provides to its members, with experts facilitating opportunities and connections.

As with all communities within The Haurun Club, including Agent Broker, all members receive direct invitations and maintain their privacy while benefiting from our services. We acknowledge that for some, Agent Broker may not be suitable. However, for those seeking a bespoke concierge services to navigate important sales and or building projects, our offerings can be both interesting and financially beneficial.

Membership - £2,500

Per Property

Permier Membership includes an individual (human) Membership Manager who will support you on your Furniture, Fixtures Fittings and Equipment choices and discounted purchases. 

Your dedicated Membership Manager will then contact your preferred FF&E supplier and negitiate the best prices and trade discouts.

We can also arrange private shopping spree's and private access to The Haurun Club' House of Haurun plus invitations to events and parties.

Membership - £5,000

Per Property

Honorary membership includes Honorary services, and in addition, we facilitate the sale of your property with exclusive rights through our verified panel of trusted estate agents.

Your dedicated Membership Manager will support you throughout your project, liaising with you on all of your agreed requirements and deliverables.

We can also arrange private shopping spree's and private access to The Haurun Club' House of Haurun plus invitations to events and parties.

Membership - £10,000

Per Property

Board Membership includes Board Services although it is bespoke upon your requirements. Whether you require us to find your property development team, contractor, surveyor etc. we are here to aresearch and verify your team.

We can even calculate and detail your project materials, then have discounts discounts applied.

We can also arrange private shopping spree's and private access to The Haurun Club' House of Haurun plus invitations to events and parties.

We take detailed information from you on your planned property refurbishment and align the relevant services to your membership tier.

Once your initial development has completed, we give you access to our online social media community namely, Agent Broker.

1. **Membership Invitation and Terms**
2. Membership to our club is by invitation only. Memberships are tied to each, single property refurbishment and can be renewed at any time afterward. 
3. Members may extend their membership or change their membership tier for each property, provided they pay the difference in the price associated with their chosen tier.
4. Members may also cancel membership at anytime, although if doing so, we will require payment of the full price of their respective membership tier prior to cancellation being approved.
5. Registration for club membership is time-sensitive. Invited members agree to pay a one-time, non-refundable registration fee to proceed with their application, after which we will take the necessary time and effort to verify new members.
6. Membership fees are applicable for each tier and are also time-sensitive. Complimentary memberships are only available to those who have been referred and who meet specific requirements.
7. The Directors of The Haurun Club have complete discretion regarding which individuals are admitted to Reciprocal, Associated, and Partner Clubs, and the terms of admission. The Membership Committee ultimately decides on individual membership appropriateness.
8. Our membership policy prioritizes the interests of the club and its members, including membership limitations. Each club has specific limitations regarding memberships, which are published on the respective pages of this website. Each club aims to enhance the quality of its members’ experiences and their opportunities to engage socially and participate in club activities and interest groups.
9. All clubs within The Haurun Club community are privately owned, including invitation-only and members-only communities for members, affiliate members, and partner members. As a result, the Membership Committee may deny an introduction for membership if they believe the club and the applicant are not a good match or that the individual might be better suited to a different club or facility.
10. As a membership-based organization, we consult current members confidentially regarding pending introductions. Each club may have members who are also part of other organizations. This consultation often results in positive endorsements of an applicant’s social skills and their potential contributions to the club.
11. However, it is possible for members to raise concerns based on personal experiences, past participation in other organizations, or simply personal differences (regardless of their origin). If concerns are raised, they may create doubt about whether the applicant's admission would be in the club's best interests. An applicant's admission might create discomfort or embarrassment for current members.
12. Unsuccessful applications are declined without explanation. Such a decision should not be interpreted as criticism of the applicant, nor does it imply any adverse opinion from the Directors.
13. The Membership Committee will inform applicants about the success of their application but will not disclose reasons for the decision.
14. Gifts are made in good faith and are available to all members during the membership season for which they have been approved. There are no strict time limits for the delivery of gifts, as some may take longer to produce.
15. Events are organized in various global venues, and all members are invited to attend. Other events are specific to individual clubs and are only available to their respective members.
16. The phrase "Whatever happens in the Club remains in the Club" is a long-standing saying in private members' clubs and clandestine facilities, meaning that members enjoy privacy within their organization. In our context, it means that sharing information from our app is strictly forbidden. If a member is found to have copied, used, posted, or otherwise violated another member's privacy or our club's privacy terms, that member will be banned from the club. We will publicly announce this breach, which may lead to a loss of trust for the affected member.
17. Our brand/company logo is displayed below. Any unauthorized copying or reproduction of our logo will be considered a breach of copyright, and we will seek damages for its unauthorized use.
