Agent Broker is a Private Members Club and premier online social networking community exclusively designed for homeowners residing in properties valued at £1 million or more. This is our Membership criteria.

At our national and international level, we foster strong connections with FF&E suppliers and property professionals. We encourage them to provide our members with generous 'trade discounts' and 'mates rates', typically reserved for industry insiders. Your support ensures our members receive the best care possible.

We are thrilled to offer our members exclusive full trade discounts on construction materials and Furniture, Fixtures, Fittings, and Equipment (FF&E). In exchange, all we ask is that when our members sell their home residence, they grant agent broker sole and exclusive sales rights for six months. If we are unable to sell our members' properties within three months, we will exclusively offer their properties to our panel of trusted and verified estate agents, who have agreed to a competitive fixed rate of 1.2% sales fee.

After the six-month period, if there is no confirmed sale, our Members are released from our exclusive sales agreement. They are then entitled to sell their property to whomever they wish while retaining Membership benefits, including trade discounts and special rates, even many years prior to selling their home.

Plus, if we can't sell your home within six months of instructing us, you won't owe us a penny. Our straightforward agreement just makes sense. As a special treat, our members receive a complimentary Premier Membership to all of our exclusive clubs, and they're invited to join our exciting events and parties.

We are excited to announce that we are expanding our engagement with homeowners! Starting in January 2025, we will be inviting approximately 2,000 homeowners each month, and our goal is to work with over 5,000 each month from January 2026 across the UK. Hopefully, our guarunteed engagement rates, extend far and beyond this. These homeowners are currently involved in meaningful property development or refurbishment of their homes. They are eager to take advantage of our inventive proposition at absolutely no cost, offering them the opportunity to sell their home quickly through approved Agent Broker, our Members and otherwise, verified Estate Agents once they instruct us to do so. 1. Members are invited to access our App, Events, Gifts and make purchases from our House of Haurun. 
2. Our Membership Season is referred to as SS[year of Membership Season] i.e.Membership Season SS24 is between 2 September 2024 to 1 September 2025.
3. If a Membership is purchased between the dates at 2. above, then the approved Member will join their Club/s on the day of the forthcoming Membership Seaason. This affords each member the full membership season.
4. Whilst invitations for membership are all year round, the cut off point for entering each Club community via the App is 30 June each calendar year. Explained here: If receiving approved membership before 30 June 2024, then the approved membership will commence the same year. If receiving membership after 30 June, then membership will commence the following year.
5. A Member may then extend their Membership and or change their Membership Tier, for each following Membership Season.
6. Registration for Membership with this club is time-sensitive. Invited Members accept that there is a Registration Fee to progress, upon which, we take time and effort to verify New Members. 
7. The Registration Fee is non refundable unless refused Membership whereafter a 50% administration fee is witheld for the cost of processing the registration. Please double check our Membership Criteria before Registration, so that if making payment of the Registration Fee and not being afforded Membership, then acceptance of not being refunded the Registration Fee is duly accepted.
8. Brand Ambassadors of our Club pay no Registration nor Membership Fees.
9. Membership Fees are applicable for each Tier of Membership and are time sensitive. Where complimentary Membership is given, this only applies to those referred who have completed the requirements of being a Brand Ambassador.
10. The Directors of The Haurun Club have absolute discretion regarding who is admitted to each Reciprocal, Associated, and Partner Club and on what terms. The Haurun Club Membership Committee ultimately decides whether Membership is appropriate.
11. The Membership policy is to exercise discretion in the Club's and its Members' interests and membership limitations, Which are. 
12. Each Club has its limitations on Memberships and is published on each relevant page on this website. Each Club remains focused on the quality of its Members’ experience and their opportunities to interact socially and participate in Club activities and interest groups. 
13. All clubs within the Haurun Club community are privately owned, including invitation and members-on-only communities for members, affiliate members, and partners members-only.
14. This means that sometimes the Membership Committee may not approve an introduction for membership simply because they feel that the Club and the applicant are not a good match and that an individual would be better suited to a different club or facility.
15. As a membership-based organisation, the Club also has a process by which the current membership is consulted confidentially about pending introductions for membership. Each Club may have Members, many of whom are members of other organisations and bodies. This consultation often produces a positive endorsement of an applicant’s sociability and likely a positive contribution to the life of each Club.
16. Sometimes, however, one or more Members may raise concerns. These may come from a personal knowledge of the applicant, their previous participation in another organisation or simply a personal enmity (however it arose).
17. Where one or more Members raise concerns, that may be sufficient to create doubt as to whether the doubt applicant's admission applicants admission would be in the Club’s best interests. The admission of the applicant might be a source of discomfort or embarrassment to the existing or new Member.
18. Unsuccessful applications are declined without reason. An unsuccessful application should not be understood as involving any criticism of an unsuccessful applicant or meaning that the Directors have formed any adverse opinion of an applicant.
19. The Membership Committee will inform applicants whether their application has been successful but will not give the reasons why.
20. Gifts are made in good faith and available to all Members during the Membership Season for which the Member has been approved for Membership. There are no time limits for the delivery of gifts during the membership as some gifts take longer to produce than others.
21. Events are created in various global venues and all Members are invited to attend these. Other events are Club specific and only available to its respective Members. 
22. "Whatever happens in the Club remains in the Club" is an old phrase used by Private Members Clubs and Clandestine Faculties - meaning that Members retain privacy whilst within their respective club/ organisation. We use this phrase in a slightly differnet manner, in which, it is forbidden for Members to share information placed within our App. If it is found that a Member has copied, used, posted, and or otherwise infringed the privacy of another Member, and this Club, then that Member will be banned from this club. We will then make it publically known that this individual has breached our privacy terms which may have extended affects of trust against the Member. 
23. Our Brand / Company Logo is immediately below. Any copying or repuduction of our Logo will be deemed as a breach of copyright and as such, we shall seek damages for its unauthorised use.
