Affiliate Membership

Affiliate Members send The Haurun Club their latest goods & services to engage our Members Interest & Sales.

Affiliate Members are invited by The Adoreus Club Members during training. Affiliate Members goods and services are sent directly to our Members by our Senior Brand Ambassador and also placed on our Social Media.

Affiliate Members may also propose their clients to receive Membership of our Community of Clubs.

Knowing of where to obtain a Membership to our Reciprocal Clubs will no doubt prove to be a further asset for our Affiliate Members as there is a likelihood for our Affiliate Members to receive additional interest from their current & previous customers & clients to be proposed as a Member of our, Private Members Clubs' Community.

Affiliate Members are related to One of our Nine Reciprocal Clubs as follows,

1. Art and Wine
2. Fashion and Tailoring
3. Health and Relationships
4. Dining Events and Sporting
5. Fashion and Tailoring
6. Private Luxury Travel
7. Yachts Cars and Jets
8. Legal and Chambers
9. Finance and Investment.

Affiliate Members send our Senior Ambassador their Assets (one photo and brief description) of their goods and or services. The asset is then directly forwarded onto our Members within each relevant Membership Tier. 

Once a Member shows interest in making a purchase, we will then communicate all interests with our Affiliate Member and either assist our Members to carry out a purchase or forward the contact details of our Affiliate Member onto the Member who will arrange any purchases directly and or with the assistance of their staff.

Irrespective of whether a purchase has been made, and once a period of seven days has elapsed, and whilst with positive feedback from our Members. We will add the asset to the relevant Reciprocal Club Instagram profile for our Members to reconsider and also forward onto our Executive Assistant Club Members for additional interest. 

If our Affiliate Members require additional and targeted promotion of their goods and or services. We will arrange a conversation and discuss how our targeted promotions with The Adoreus Club Influencers can be arranged. 

We will also further discuss how we can arrange a Boutique Event bringing a guest list of either a mix of Members and Influencers or one or the other. All promotional options here are available to our Affiliate Members.

Affiliate Members are invited by our Adoreus Members and approved by our Senior Ambassador.

 Affiliate Members are proposed by The Adoreus Club Members and or by our Senior Ambassador. 

Affiliate Membership Process

• The Proposed Affiliate Member will complete the Contact Page
• The Proposed Affiliate Member will receive a message with link to arrange a telephone conversation and discuss Membership; which is confirmed upon the completion of the Membership Application Form
• Payment of the; once payable: Application Fee of £250 is then applicable within 14 days whereafter the invitation is removed.
• We then create a detailed report relating to the proposed Affiliate Member' social media profile, which is then made available to the Membership Committee to assist with verification of the Membership Application. 
• Haurun's Membership Committee will give its decision within 60 days of Registration.
• Upon positive decision, a Membership Number will be supplied via a direct message from our Senior Brand Ambassador accompanied by - the Detailed Report
• Membership Commences
• Membership is renewed at £250 per annum for an updated report on 1st September each year and is not automatic
• Promotion of Affiliate Members' goods and services is complimentary (without charge)

10% of all Member Fees are donated & distributed equally to our Partners at the end of each Membership Season at our Annual Charity Event, attended by our community of Members, Affiliate and Associate Members & Partners.
